Accessibility at our events
When planning our events, we aim to consider accessibility from the beginning.
Where relevant, event information will include details such as:
♿ Physical access
Information about entrances, steps, lifts, accessible toilets and the accessibility of the venue.
🪑 Seating
Information about available seating and whether people can reserve or request particular arrangements.
🔇 Sensory environment
Where possible, we’ll provide information about noise levels, lighting, music, crowds and other sensory considerations.
🚻 Facilities
Information about toilets and other facilities that visitors may need.
🅿️ Travel and parking
Where practical, we’ll provide information about public transport, parking and accessible parking.
🐕 Assistance dogs
Information about whether assistance dogs are welcome.
🧠 Additional needs
If an event has particular sensory, communication or participation considerations, we’ll try to explain these before people attend.
We’d rather someone ask than worry.
If you’re unsure whether an event will work for you, please contact us before attending. We’ll do our best to answer your questions and discuss reasonable adjustments.
